“I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and attended Western Michigan University where I graduated with my Bachelors of Science.  My husband and I then moved out west and I pursued a career in nonprofit management and we started our family. After eight years away we were ready to get back to the Midwest and I am so excited to call Minnesota home.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two boys and our dogs.  We all love the outdoors and enjoy spending time at the lakes in the area. I love to run and try to run at least one half marathon a year.”

“I graduated from New Prague High School and am going to school to earn my Associates in ECE. I have been working in the child care field since 2016 and absolutely LOVE what I do! I have experience with all ages, but found a love for infants immediately. I thoroughly enjoying arriving to my job with a smile on my face.

On any day that I’m not working you can find me with my son, Carter. We have a love for the outdoors and nature in general. He attends Ladybug’s Adventure Center program and loves being a part of the Ladybug family, too! I also enjoy that I get to have my child hang out in the same building that I work in, parenting win!”

“I live with my boyfriend and our daughter, Dakota, on a little farm in Cologne.  We enjoy being outside and spending our free time exploring our property.  Dakota attends Preschool at Ladybug and loves it!  I have worked with children of all ages for 7 years, but have a true love for Toddlers especially.  It is so much fun watching them grow.”

“I grew up in Iowa and graduated in 2008 from Mayville State University in North Dakota with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Early Childhood. I am happily married and have a 5 ½ year old son who will be in kindergarten soon.

In my spare time I like to crochet, read, spend time with friends and family and try to be crafty. I am inspired to help kids be the best person they can be. My mom is my hero. She worked hard and always had a smile on her face through adversity.”

“My name is Maggie and I am the Toddler B teacher at Shakopee Ladybug.  I grew up in Shakopee, in a home where my mother ran an in home daycare from the time I was born until I was 18.  My love for children continues to grow every day!  I am currently enrolled at Rasmussen College studying Early Childhood Development.  I love to spend my free time during the summer attending and competing in car shows with my fiancé and our son Michelangelo, going on walks, and shopping.  During the cold months, I love to snuggle up on the couch to watch movies, or play games with my family.”
